Turns off the light, hear your mind, and take a sad song.. Trust me! You're feelings gonna be better after it.. Enjoy your pain..
• Go to Circle K and buy your fave beer!
• Swimming.. Sunbathing.. Don't forget to make sure that you've sondre lerche in your playlist :D
• Hit a spa
• SHOPPING! Make a new you!
• Invite your friends to have a pajamas party.. Only crazy friends will invite..
• Writing about your feeling into your journal or blog..
Those are the ways to relieve my stress.. Whatever it sucks, just remember that life must go on..
